We are subsidiary of a CMMI Level 5 company, focuses on Embedded Hardware, software, device drivers (Linux/windows/WinCE/VxWorks), product re-engineering and Internet domain.

Job Description:

Managerial Skills

• Handling complete Project Life Cycle
• Preparing Proposal documents including Effort estimation, design specification, feasibility study, scheduling & tracking, project reviews and resource management
• Customer Interaction including clarifications and taking conference calls.
• Responsible for time lines and releases

Technical Skills

• Should have strong hands on experience on High Speed Board Design and verification including Analog & Digital design.
• Experience in Ethernet interface.
• Experience in H/W board design supporting VOIP.
• Experience in RS232c, USB, I2C, CAN interfaces with knowledge of PC based virtual terminals.
• Experience in designing multi-clock domain boards, high speed signals and buses.
• Experience in onboard PSU elements.
• Prior exposure to PCB multi layer layout design and verification (Analog & Digital).
• Experience of CAD Tools (Orcad, Cadence, Allegro, PADS)
• Should have hands on experience on Signal Integrity analysis.
• Hands-on test prototypes, set-up lab equipment etc.
• Experience in selecting components, present component comparisons.
• Ability to micro-architect boards, convert from specifications to logic/topology blocks.
• Hands-on ability to debug H/W and F/W interaction issues, with ability to parse through onboard S/W to identify functional flaws.
• Exposure to compliance requirements and techniques.
