Job Description

# Involved in all phases of product development for the management application for a next generation high definition video communications system.
# Participate in the architecture, analysis, design and development of the product.
# Will have the opportunity to work with technical leaders and innovators in the industry.
# Will participate in reviews of architecture, designs and code.
# Be part of a team that has complete product ownership and responsibility

Candidate Profile Description
UG Qualification: BE/B.Tech/MCA

Personal Profile:
# 4+ years of experience developing network management or systems management applications(SNMP, NMS, EMS) in a web based environment.
# Should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as a member of a small team.
# Should have the desire to work in a fast paced environment, developing cutting edge technologies in a professional engineering environment
# Experience architecting web based applications in a product environment implementing the design and working with a team of experienced developers.
# Strong design skills, experience in programming in web based application development environment (J2EE).
# Strong programming skills in Java.
# Experience in building network management and systems management applications is highly preferred.
# Knowledge of database technologies, schema design and object relational mapping technologies is required.
# Experience with web based application concepts such as session management, scalability, redundancy, failover, authentication, authorization, single sign-on etc. is required.
# Strong knowledge of TCP/IP.
# Good knowledge of Windows and Linux.
# Strong problem solving and debugging skills especially in a web based application development environment.
# Strong design skills.
# Product development (rather than services) experience and involvement of multiple releases of products deployed in the field.
# Software: Java, J2EE.
# Protocols: TCP/IP, SNMP.
