CSR & TSR to (DELL/E4E/INFOSYS/ADITYA BIRLA/SIEMENS/SITEL/HTMT)

We have huge and urgent openings for TECHNICAL SUPPORT & CUSTOMER SUPPORT Position with one of our clients located in Bangalore which is a leading BPO (DELL/E4E/INFOSYS/ADITYA BIRLA/SIEMENS/SITEL/HTMT) for International Processes (UK AND US SHIFT).

Eligibility Criteria:For TECHNICAL SUPPORT



l Under-Graduates Should have 0.6-3.0years Experience In International BPO

l Any Graduate Fresher also is eligible.

l Should be flexible to work in night shifts.

l Excellent Communication

Knowledge In:

l Should have worked on Windows Operating Systems (98, 2000, XP)

l Should understand basic terms and definitions like RAM, memory capacity, minimum system requirements, device drivers, data transfer etc

l Should be aware of new technology – wireless, blue tooth, network etc

l Good Technical Knowledge

l Trouble shooting

l Hardware ,Net working

l Windows OS/Services

l 9 hrs of work in a day. Work 24/7

l Salary Package: 1.8-3.2 Lacs pa excluding incentive

Eligibility Criteria:For CUSTOMER SUPPORT

l Fresh Graduates

l Under-Graduates at least 1 yr of exp in International BPO

l Except B.E / B.Techs / MBAs / MCAs )

l Should be flexible to work in night shifts.

l Excellent Communication skill

l Interview Process: HR Interview, Voice & Accent and Ops interview

l US Shift (Shift timings 5pm to 11am, 9 hrs shift)

l Salary Package: BEST IN THE INDUSTRY Attractive Incentive( Based on the Relevant Experience a Decent hike would be given)
